A Note to our Life Scouts
Congratulations on becoming a Life Scout, you are now just one rank away from becoming an Eagle Scout. Many scouts find it too challenging to continue on their trail to Eagle and unfortunately stop here. Achieving the rank of Eagle Scout is not an easy task, that is why only a small percentage of scouts ever reach this honor. Let me assure you that you are just as capable of achieving the rank of Eagle Scout as our past Eagle Scouts have done. It will require goal setting, commitment and hard work on your part but don't let that discourage you because once you become an Eagle Scout, you are always an Eagle Scout. This decision will affect you the rest of your life so keep going, you are not alone, we want to celebrate with you when you achieve the rank of Eagle Scout.
Purpose of this page
This resource page was created to help answer many of the questions that arise regarding the next steps to the rank of Eagle Scout. Both scouts and parents will find this page informative and productive as they near the pinnacle of Scouting. If you cannot find the answers to your specific questions, please contact one of the leaders of our troop and we will be happy to assist. Many resources have been compiled by other scouters around the country that share the same passion for scouting as we do, as we appreciate their work, lets keep in mind the "Spirit of Scouting" only found in Boy Scouts of America.
